Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide reliable delivery options.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship within the United States & Canada.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking & Order Confirmation:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Diamond Brew Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at hello@diamondbrewcoffee.com for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@diamondbrewcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will replace or refund damaged or incorrect items as quickly as possible.
